On August 22, 2014, the New York State Police, at Ellenville, arrested Anthony J Huffman, age 34, for criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, and unlawfully growing cannabis, a misdemeanor.

The New York State Police conducted an investigation into an individual growing marijuana in his backyard in Napanoch NY. A search of the property yielded the seizure of several marijuana plants of varying sizes and stages of growth.

Anthony J. Huffman was arrested and processed at the State Police Ellenville Barracks. Huffman was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Wawarsing Court on 08/29/2014, at 8:30 AM.
