On Tuesday June 16th, 2014 Liberty Troopers arrested a Fallsburgh woman for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.
Liberty Troopers conducted a traffic stop in Liberty on Tuesday night and upon stop, operator Mallory Ruiz, of Fallsburgh, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Ruiz was in possession of approximately 2 grams of synthetic narcotics as well as approximately 7 grams of marijuana.
Ruiz was arrested by Troopers and transported to SP Liberty where she was processed for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Controlled Substance in Non Original Container and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Ruiz is due to reappear in Town of Liberty Court at a later date.
