On 04/05/14, The New York State Police at Catskill announce the arrests of Brentwood, NY residents Gregory Blot, age 28 and Adrian Gardener, age 27.

BLOT was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, 5th Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class D Felony and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation. GARDENER was arrested for 3rd Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class B Felony, (2) counts of 4th Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, both Class C Felonies, 7th Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class A Misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation.

Blot and Gardener were arrested following a traffic stop on State Rte 23 in the Town of Prattsville, Greene County. After being stopped for speeding BLOT was found to be intoxicated and subsequently arrested. Following a search of the vehicle and its passengers Troopers located numerous illicit drugs including Marijuana, Psilocybin Mushrooms, Cocaine and MDMA. Troopers also located numerous pills of Hydrocodone which were not prescribed to either subject.

Following their arrests BLOT and GARDENER were arraigned in the Town of Hunter Court before the Hon. William Simon. Both BLOT and GARDENER were remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of bail. BLOT and GARDENER are scheduled to reappear in the Town of Prattsville Court on 04/15/14, at 7:15 p.m.
