The New York State Police in Montgomery arrested James J Hines, age 49, of Goshen, NY for the felony of Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree. The investigation revealed that Hines did violate an Orange County Family Court Order of Protection by repeatedly contacting the protected person and placing her in fear. Hines was located and arrested at his residence. He was arraigned in the Village of Montgomery Court and remanded to the Orange County Jail.
