On January 14, 2014, members of the New York State Police in Ellenville arrested an 18 year old for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Criminal Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the Town of Wawarsing, NY.
Nicholas Lee Hadden, age 18 of Napanoch, NY was arrested after a Vehicle and Traffic stop on Plank Road in the Town of Wawarsing. Hadden was found to be driving under the influence of marijuana. He was also found to be in possession of approximately 9 ounces of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Hadden was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, a Misdemeanor, Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the Third Degree, a class E Felony and 3 counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia, a Misdemeanor.
Hadden was arraigned in the Town of Wawarsing Court and remanded to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
