Loch Sheldrake, New York – On December 1st 2013, State Police from the Liberty Barracks charged William Vanaken age 34 with Reckless Endangerment 2nd.

Vanaken was charged with Reckless Endangerment 2nd subsequent to a domestic incident where he fired a long rifle in the air during the dispute. Troopers from the Liberty Barracks arrested Vanaken upon an investigation and he was processed at SP Liberty.

Vanaken was arraigned in Town of Fallsburg Court and is to reappear at a later date.
