On April 25th, 2013, the New York State Police at Ellenville announced the arrest of two individuals following an investigation at the Eastern Correctional Facility in Napanoch, NY.
The investigation concluded that a visitor provided marijuana to
an inmate during a visit. Arrested was inmate DARRELL MORSE, age 43, Eastern Correctional Facility, Napanoch, New York and KIMBLINE HUNTER, age 44, of 1215 Ocean Ave., Apt. 2C, Brooklyn, New York.
Both MORSE and HUNTER were charged with Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd, a misdemeanor, and Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th, a misdemeanor.
HUNTER was processed and arraigned in the Town of Wawarsing Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 secured bond.
MORSE was processed at Eastern Correctional Facility and will be scheduled to appear in the Town of Wawarsing Court at a later date.
