Today, John J. Henneforth, Jr., age 33, was arraigned before Magisterial District Justice Ted Mikulak on felony charges relating to Delivery of a Controlled Substance in both Honesdale Borough and Dyberry Township.
These charges were filed by the Wayne County District Attorney’s Office and the Pennsylvania State Police and are a
continuation of the investigation which resulted in Henneforth’s arrest on August 28, 2012 on related drug charges.
It is alleged in these complaints that in August of 2012 Henneforth sold Heroin and Cocaine to a confidential informant working with undercover law enforcement officers in Honesdale Borough on two occasions.
Also on two occasions in August of 2012, it is alleged that Henneforth sold Heroin in Dyberry Township at the Wayne County Fairgrounds to a confidential informant working with undercover law enforcement officers.
Bail was set by Magistrate Mikulak at $250,000.00 for each case and Henneforth is scheduled to appear on these new charges at central court on September 26, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Wayne County Courthouse.
