A naked man named Richard Ciminio was tazered by a Pennsylvania State Trooper after allegedly stripping naked and assaulting several people in Hawley and seriously injuring himself by jumping through a second story window.

It stared on September 7, when the accused came to a dead end behind a house on Hudson Street, after lhis vehicle left the road. He shed his clothing except for his underwear and tried to brake into the home, but was warned off by the owner. He then removed his underwear, broke into a neighboring unoccupied home, went up to the second floor and jumped through a second floor window, causing serious cuts to his body.

Ciminio then approached two womena Ann Monaghan and Nancy Dean-Corino and attacked them, know down Dean –Corino, and according to the police report, quote, ‘gnawed at Dean Corino’s head and Screamed like animal.”

Trooper Chad Cunningham ultimately tazered the man and we was transported to Geisinger Community Medical Center where he received treatment.
