Monday, July 16, 2012 - Troopers out of SP Wurtsboro received a complaint of a suspicious vehicle at the town of Mamakating Park. Troopers located a 2005 Hyundai occupied by two people. The driver, Darryl Z. Lockett, 51, of Middletown, NY was found to be intoxicated. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and will appear in the town of Mamakating court on 07/26/12 to answer the charge.

The passenger in the vehicle, Jennifer S. Oathout, 30 of Middletown, NY, was found to be in possession of heroin. She was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. She will appear in the town of Mamakating court on 07/16/12.
