Honesdale Borough Police report the arrest of 69 year old Diane Simmons of Honesdale for DUI.

On 04/28/12 at approximately 9:45 p.m., officers responded to High Street., for a report of a vehicle colliding with a parked car. Upon arrival officers spoke with the driver of the vehicle, Diane Simmons. Simmons exhibited signs of being under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest for DUI.

Charges of DUI and careless driving were filed at the Magistrate’s Office.
