Tuesday, April 24, 2012 - Troopers stopped a 2008 Dodge Avenger on Anawana Lake Rd in the Town of Thompson. It was determined that Felicia A. Horace, age 49 of Monticello, NY was driving on a suspended driver license. She also had a glass pipe and a plastic baggie containing crack cocaine.

She was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd. She was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Thompson Court on May 17, 2012. Troopers were assisted at the scene of the arrest by Fallsburg PD.
