On Thursday 09/01/2011 at 1:41 p.m., Honesdale Borough Police responded to 6th Street for an intoxicated male. Upon arrival officers found 37 year old Adam Salvato of Honesdale seated in a grassy area. Salvato was highly intoxicated to the point he could barely stand or walk.
Officers were informed by bystanders that Salvato had stopped and attempted to urinate on the sidewalk, only to urinate in his pants. Salvato was cited for Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct. He was transported home and released to an adult.
