Kevin Dulay, 39, from Honesdale was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after he struck a mail box on Terrace Heights and fled in his vehicle toward Terrace St. According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Honesdale, he then struck another vehicle and fled the scene once again. Dulay turned onto Bridge St. and crashed into a tree before fleeing on foot.

He was then apprehended and taken into custody.
