She was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Controlled Substance not in Original Container (Public Health Law) and Vehicle & Traffic violations including Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd.

A passenger in the car, Jesse J. Norwood, age 37 of Pound Ridge, NY was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Unlawfully Dealing with Fireworks. Both people were issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Thompson court on July 18, 2011 to answer the charges.
