Public drunkenness and disorderly conduct

Posted

On 04-30-2011 at 3:17 a.m., the Honesdale Borough Police were called to a residence on Grandview Avenue for a report of a person banging on the front door attempting to gain entry to the residence.

Upon arrival at that location police found 31-year-old Christopher Mizwinski hiding nearby. Mizwinski appeared intoxicated and, according to the complainant, had been banging on the door at the residence on Grandview Avenue in an attempt to gain entry.

Mizwinski was issued two non-traffic citations, one for public drunkenness and the other for disorderly conduct, both summary offenses.

After receiving the citations, Mizwinski was released to a relative.
