FOSTERDALE, NY — The Chicken Coop in Fosterdale opened its doors again this year under new ownership. Betty and Dan Snedeker, along with business partners and long-time friends Larry and Carmela Oliveri, greeted the community with the fried chicken everyone was waiting for, along with half-pound handmade burgers, fresh potato fries and homemade salads, topped off with soft-serve or hard-serve ice cream.
