KAUNEONGA LAKE, NY — Hudson River HealthCare, in collaboration with the Sullivan County Office for the Aging, will offer Healthy Choices, a free six-week program for adults and caregivers dealing with any ongoing health condition such as diabetes, pain, arthritis, memory loss, depression or high blood pressure.

Workshops will be held on Fridays, April 17 and 24; May 1, 15 and 29; and June 5 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Bethel Nutrition Site, 3594 Rte. 55. The workshops will include a two-and-a-half-hour small-group discussion and give participants an opportunity to set their own goals and make step-by-step action plans to improve their health and life.
