Milanville General Store collecting Christmas gifts for baby with rare condition

MILANVILLE, PA — The Milanville General Store will surprise eight-month-old Addison and his family with Christmas gifts. Addison was born with a rare condition called glucose-galactose malabsorption. This condition has affected his digestion and has caused him to go through many tests and weeks in the hospital.

The store will be collecting gifts and monetary donations for Addison and his siblings. The wish list for Addison is toddler toys that play music or make noise, and clothes for a six-to-nine-month-old; Sean (five years old) is cars, trucks, dinosaurs, a Nintendo DS with games, Transformers, Lego’s, and shirts size small and bottoms size 5-6; Bryton (eight years old) is cars, trucks, remote controls, tops size large and bottoms size 10, Hot Wheels games (race car) for Nintendo DS or Xbox; Emily (10 years old) loves to read, play music, nail polish, anything “Monster High” or games for her Nintendo DS, and tops size large and bottoms size 12/14.
