COCHECTON, NY — After 15 years of service, Dottie Schlegel has retired as secretary of the Cochecton Preservation Society (CPS). In a recent meeting the following new officers and directors were named: Joe Manaseri, president; Pamela DeMan, vice president; Larry Richardson, treasurer; Peggy Richardson, secretary; and Obbie Fuller, Robert DeMan and George Blaso as directors for two-year terms. Following the evening’s program, “The One and Only Blackout in Cochecton and Sullivan County,” presented by Art Hassis, CPS members joined in celebrating Schlegel’s many years as secretary.
