It is Easter Sunday and I am in London, England, and I just came back from a great wedding in Cheltenham. My cousin Martin was the groom; his great-grandmother and my great-grandfather were brother and sister. Thomas and his sister Anne left Ireland as teenagers in the late 1800s and went to England. Anne stayed in England and Thomas came to America and married my great-grandmother Bridget, who had my grandmother Maryanne, who had my mother Anne, who had me. If you think about it, everyone is probably related—Anne and Thomas had other brothers and sisters, and they had kids who had kids. That is only my mother’s mother’s side of the family, there is also my mother’s father’s side and then my father’s mother’s and father’s side and on and on and on. God Bless them all.

The Cochecton Men’s Club would like to thank all the families who came out to their Easter egg hunt; there were plenty of kids and fun was had by all.
