Hawley, PA — Reservations are still available for the 73rd annual Wayne Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Gala Ball on January 18 at Ehrhardt’s Waterfront Resort.

Co-chair Martha Wilson invited the public to “a fun evening dining and dancing, and at the same time supporting our local hospital, which does so much to care for the health of our community.”

The event, which has a Kentucky Derby theme, begins with cocktails (cash bar) at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. featuring a choice of herb-encrusted beef medallions, Chicken Marsala or seared salmon. Dancing to the music of Groove Train starts at 8 p.m. Black tie and Kentucky Derby attire are optional.

The ball is the auxiliary’s largest fundraiser. This year’s proceeds are earmarked for the Wayne Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Women’s Imaging Center, which provides mammograms, bone density testing and ultrasound services.
