HONESDALE, PA — Northeastern Eye Institute, a leading comprehensive eye care center in Northeastern Pennsylvania, has been named a national finalist for the Transitions Awards program which recognizes optical labs, optical retailers and eye care professionals for their year-long commitment to promoting eye health and photochromic lenses. The winner will be announced during the Transitions Academy, held January 26 to 29, at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Orlando.

Only three other providers were named finalists for Regional Retailer of the Year award, which is presented by Transitions Optical, Inc., the leading provider of photochromic lenses including an array of Transitions Lenses that provide indoor clarity, outdoor darkness, extra activation for extra protection, and sharper, clearer vision.
