HONESDALE, PA — The Wayne County Public Library recently received a check for $15,000 from Wayne Bank via the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. The money will support the library's outreach programs aimed at students in grades K-12 throughout Wayne County. Lewis J. Critelli, president and chief executive officer of Wayne Bank, presented the check to library director Tracy L. Schwarz and outreach coordinator Mary Fritz. Wayne Bank has been a long time supporter of the library through the EITC program. The WCPL is extremely grateful to have the support of local banks and businesses which make these programs possible.
