SULLIVAN COUNTY, NY — Shannon Shah, a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner specializing in oncology and hematology, has joined Crystal Run Healthcare and will provide care to patients in Rock Hill. She completed her Master of Science in advanced practice nursing at the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Rafeel Syed, MD, board certified in internal medicine and nephrology, will also join Crystal Run and will see patients in Middletown and Rock Hill. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies and completed his residency in internal medicine at the Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, OH and fellowship training in nephrology at Staten Island University Hospital in New York City.
