GLEN SPEY, NY — The Glen Spey Troop 102 Boy Scouts admitted four Boy Scouts to the Eagle Court of Honor on April 30 at the Lake Champion Dining Hall. Here new Eagle Scout Joseph Santoro, 16 years old, left, is seen with troop leader Joe Kaiser and Scouts Max Smyth, 18 years old; Garrett Kolvenbach, 17 years old; and in front Evan Bizjak, 15 years old. The ceremony began with a candle lighting exercise that represented the Scout oath and the levels of Scouting up to and including Eagle. The ceremony also included and parent pinning, speeches from each of the new Eagle Scouts and a scouting-mentor pinning ceremony.
