Over 500 music students from eight Sullivan County school districts will participate in the 61st annual Sullivan County Music Educator’s Association’s (SCMEA) All-County Music Festival at Monticello High School. Concerts on March 7 at 2:30 and 5pm, tickets at the door for $6.
