HONESDALE, PA — The Wayne County Arts Alliance (WCAA) will hold “Celebrating the Line- An Art Party” at Basin and Main, lot 21, 564 Main St., (the old Sullums building) on Saturday, August 17 at 7 p.m. It is open to everyone free of charge to celebrate the WCAA and its connection to the community.
There will be food, music and a donation bar as well as 50 canvases hanging for all to enjoy, but only 50 people will be taking them home. The WCAA is selling tickets in advance for the canvases. Prices are $250, $125, $75, and $25; you can choose what price your ticket will be. The catch is: those who hold the more expensive tickets will be able to choose their piece of art before the others. Selection of the art begins at 8 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased from any WCAA board member by emailing waynecountyartsalliance@gmail.com.
