HAWLEY, PA — Harmony Presents will showcase returning performer Seth Glier, a folk-pop singer whom Livingston Taylor called “the greatest pop songwriter since Billy Joel,” on Saturday, February 13 at 8 p.m. in the Silk Mill at 8 Silk Mill Dr.
