GRAHAMSVILLE, NY — The Time and the Valleys Museum opens for the season on Memorial Day Weekend, May 24 and 25, from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Opening weekend includes a special exhibit of military materials from its collection, hourly tours of the museum and discounts in the museum shop. Visitors with military photos or memorabilia are encouraged to come and share their stories and materials. All those with past military service receive free admission.
The museum is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, Thursday to Sunday, 12 noon to 4 p.m., plus September and October, weekends, 12 noon to 4 p.m. Adult admission is a suggested donation of $5, $2 for children under 16, and children under six are free. Current exhibitions include “Water and the Valleys,” “The Family Farm: 1930-1950,” and “Tunnels, Toil and Trouble: New York City’s Quest for Water and the Rondout-Neversink Story.”
