HURLEYVILLE, NY — WJFF will host an evening of bluegrass, folk and Americana music in celebration of the life of Pete Seeger on Saturday, April 5 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Sullivan County Museum. The event features three live bands, a chance to sing along, pizza and fresh baked goods.

There will be performances by Little Sparrow, covering well known Seeger songs and a few Americana classics; The Dirty Stay Out Skifflers, a folk trio featuring the sea shanty songwriting talents of Rick Nestler including “The River That Flows Both Ways;” and RJ Storm and Old School Bluegrass Band close out the show with a mix of traditional bluegrass and folk music. Admission is a $10 donation to benefit WJFF. For information, visit www.sullivancountyhistory.org or call 845/434-8044 or 845/482-4141.
