  • Delaware Youth Center for summer programming for youth
  • Fallsburg Library for a theatrical production
  • Friends of Sunshine Hall Free Library for a winter cultural program
  • Icehouse Arts for video workshops for youth
  • Liberty Community Development Corporation for creation of public arts spaces
  • Liberty Free Theatre for a theatrical production
  • Phillipsport Community Center for a winter music series
  • Sullivan County Community Chorus for two concerts

  • Sullivan County Historical Society for a vaudeville production
  • Town of Lumberland Cultural Series for a concert series
