NARROWSBURG, NY — There will be Haunted History Lantern Tours at Fort Delaware Museum of Colonial History on Saturday, October 12 from 5 to 9 p.m. “Who Killed Joseph Skinner?” and other family-friendly ghost stories of Cushetunk and beyond will be told.

Special guests will be The King’s Highlanders (18th century Scottish pipe and drum band ) plus the usual colonial-attired suspects: blacksmith John, Mrs. Thomas, the Rev. Clark, widow Skinner, Preston Meriwether et al. There will also be cider, donuts and treats. BYOF (Bring Your Own Flashlight).

The cost will be a donation of $5 (under five, admitted free), to benefit The Delaware Company. The Delaware Company’s mission is to promote and support the history and historic landmarks of the Upper Delaware River Valley through education, outreach and fundraising. Call 845/252-6660.
