NARROWSBURG, NY — Pig Mountain will be held on Saturday, August 24 on Main Street of Narrowsburg from 4 to 8 p.m. There will be 14 chefs cooking 14 pigs 14 different ways. Each chef will also prepare a vegetarian option. Wine will be sold by Narrowsburg Fine Wines and Spirits and The Heron will be selling beer.

The $30 admission price gets you 10 tickets each of which can be redeemed for a dish from 10 chefs or all from one chef or any way you like.

Discounted tickets are available for $25 in advance at Narrowsburg Fine Wines & Spirits, The Heron, The Big Eddy Toy Co. (all in Narrowsburg) and The Callicoon Wine Merchant, Callicoon, or can be purchased from the website www.pigmt.com.

The chefs (all volunteers) and their full-time gigs are Heather Carlucci, Mother NYC, founder of Pig Mountain; Elizabeth Falkner, Corvo Bianco; Matthew Ridgeway, The Pass/Porcsalt; Andres Valbuena, Martha; Anthony Sasso, Casa Mono; Peter Schott, The Inn at Woodloch; Roxanne Spruance, Alison 18; Jake Klein, Der Kommissar; Luke Deadruff, Blue Pantry; Lauren Resler, Empellon; George McKirdy, Astor Bake Shop; Ryan Tate, All Good Things; Paul Nanni, The Heron; and Robin Mailey, The Callicoon Wine Merchant.
