Pat Wictor, Greg Greenway and Joe Jencks have formed a new male trio called Brother Sun. Calling upon contemporary songwriting, and informed by the deep roots of gospel, blues and folk, the trio weaves a tapestry of harmony. Their current recording, “Some Part of the Truth,” debuted at #1 on the Folk DJ Chart in March and remained there in April. Combining folk, roots, blues, pop, jazz, rock and a cappella singing, Brother Sun fuses musical diversity and harmony.
Reserve a seat by calling 845/252-6783. Suggested donation is $18 reserved, $20 at the door. Visit www.riverfolkconcerts.vpweb.com.
