MILFORD, PA — The Black Bear Film Festival has started its search for volunteers to help with the 14th annual film festival, which will be held on October 18 through 20 this year. Available volunteer positions include a fundraiser coordinator’s assistant, a grant writer, a film salon assistant and a programming assistant.
