MONTICELLO, NY — Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun Park will host Family Fun Day on Saturday, February 9 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event is sponsored by Thunder 102, which will broadcast live, and the Young Professional Taskforce (YEL) of the Chamber of Commerce. Chamber members, employees and their families will enjoy a day of skiing and tubing. Lift tickets cost $35 for a family of five; skis and snowboards are available for rent. There will be special deals for group lessons and tubing.

At 1 p.m., YEL will hold its fourth annual cardboard sled race. Sleds are made with just tape, paint and cardboard. At 2:30 p.m., a Winter Wing Fling to benefit the Sullivan County Food Pantry begins. The cost is $10 to sample wings from all around the county. A Wing Fling King or Queen will be crowned.
