HONESDALE, PA — RiverFolk Concerts presents Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen on Sunday, January 27 at 3 p.m. at The Cooperage at 1030 Main St. This group plays a wide variety of new acoustic American roots music, focusing on bluegrass and acoustic country with influences of blues, folk, swing and jazz.

After performing for six years with the United States Navy’s elite Country Current, Solivan formed Dirty Kitchen. The 2010 release of their self-titled album, “Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen,” made Best of 2010 lists from coast to coast. A year later in 2011, the debut album was still at the top of the bluegrass and roots music charts.

Suggested donation for this show is $15 in advance, $18 at the door. Reservations can be made by calling 845/252-6783, or emailing riverfolkconcerts@frontier.com. Doors open at 2 p.m. with light fare available from Willow River Café. BYOB. There will be a raffle to benefit the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance. Visit www.riverfolkconcerts.vpweb.com.
