Arts of the angler: a show for fly fishing enthusiasts

LIVINGSTON MANOR, NY — The Catskill Fly Fishing Center and Museum (CFFCM) of Livingston Manor will host an “Arts of the Angler” fly-fishing show featuring 100 exhibitors including of fly tyers, bamboo rod makers, a large selection of collectible and contemporary fly-fishing tackle, fishing accessories, fly-fishing books and more. The show, which will include demonstrations, presentations, seminars and two live auctions, will be held on Saturday, November 10 and Sunday, November 11 at the Ethan Allen Hotel, exit 4, Route I-84 in Danbury, CT.

Hours are Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. followed by a special dinner at 5:30 p.m. and live consignment auction at 7:15 p.m., Sunday, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a live auction at 10:30 a.m. Daily admission is $12, or $20 for both days, with children under 12 free. All paid attendees receive a copy of Paul Guernesy’s book “Beyond Catch and Release.”
