MILFORD, PA — A photographic essay by Eldred photographer George Haas, “The Drop,” will be on display at the Highlands Photographic Guild from June 9 through July 8. There will be an opening reception on Saturday, June 9 from 6 to 9 p.m. as part of Milford’s Art after Dark evening.
Haas has pursued the art of photography for over 40 years, working with a variety of formats from 35 mm film to high resolution digital pictures. Being well traveled, his images are from all over the world. Haas is also the photographer for his local fire department, assisting in scene documentation and investigations.
The Highlands Photographic Guild at 224 Broad Street (Wells Fargo Bank Building) is open Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visit www.high
