Woodstock performer Joe Cocker comes to Bethel Woods

BETHEL, NY — Two iconic rock icons, Joe Cocker and Huey Lewis and the News will join forces at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts on Sunday, August 5 at 7:30 p.m.. The co-headliners will perform full sets, including three decades of hits, packed into one night that will leave you more than Feelin’ Alright.

British soul singer Joe Cocker parlayed Ray Charles-type vocals and an eccentric stage presence into a string of late-'60s hits, suffered in the mid-'70s, and went from tragic figure to well-respected interpreter in the '80s and '90s. His gritty, powerful voice remains one of the most distinctive in rock & roll today.

For over 30 years, Huey Lewis and the News have been making and performing music that resonates with people at their core, whether it is their singing about the daily grind in “Workin' For A Livin'” or lamenting a troubled relationship in “If This Is It.”

Tickets cost $45 to $127 for reserved seating and $26.50 for lawn. For a limited-time only, a Lawn 4-Pack is available for $80.00.

Tickets go on sale on May 5 at 10 a.m. at BethelWoodsCenter.org, Ticketmaster, the box office or by phone at 800/745-3000. Visit www.BethelWoodsCenter.org.
