CALLICOON, NY — There will be a farm market tour and cooking demonstration by NaturalContents.com at the Callicoon indoor farmers’ market on Sunday, February 5 at the Delaware Youth Center, 8 Creamery Rd.. The farmers' market runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the cooking demo starts at 12 noon.

Meet the farmers, explore what’s in season and gain some radical homemaker quick tips. Afterwards you’ll be treated to a “Polenta Bar” cooking demo and tasting in the Youth Center kitchen. See how fast you can use a simple grain being cultivated in our region with fresh vegetables, meats and cheese from market. Seating is limited.
