ROSCOE, NY — The Outsider Studio Collective will host a short-film festival on Saturday, January 21 at 5 p.m. at the Beaverkill Church on Craigie Clare Road. The one-hour event will feature short, portrait-like films by some of the Beaverkill Valley’s friends, as well as filmmakers from NYC and the surrounding Catskill area.
The church is heated but not insulated, so attendees may want to bring a blanket. The church does not have bathroom facilities, but the one-hour event hopefully will not present a problem for most people. Popcorn, cookies, wine, beer and other beverages will be served at a donation price. A Q&A will follow the shorts.
