MILFORD, PA — Milford’s Black Bear Film Festival, to be held on October 14, 15 and 16, will return to its home in Milford’s own theater, newly refurbished, reopened and under the direction of Jerry Beaver. Volunteers are needed on at least half a dozen committees. Anyone interested in creative, publicity, logistics, fundraising, ticketing, volunteer co-ordination, or events is invited to meet at the Milford Theater, East Catharine St., at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 20.
