PORT JERVIS, NY — The UpFront Exhibition Space started its End of Summer 2011 Show on August 4. This show will run through September 30. The public is invited to attend the end-of-summer artists’ reception on Saturday, August 20 from 6 to 9 p.m. There will be a live drum presentation by Obi Kaye along with complimentary food and refreshments.

UpFront currently displays works in all mediums by 28 artists, including the work of Paris artist Christophe Boutin shown here, “Rue blanche” circa 1986, oil on canvas with custom lead frame. The painting, which measures 62 inches by 92.5 inches, will be offered for sale by a private collector.

The UpFront artists featured for this show include Joseph Bilger, Debbie Gioello, Lynne Maggi, Nancy Davis-Kessler, Leah Marie Kirk, Gary Martin, Frank Shuback, Wendell M. Upchurch, Elva Zingaro and Greg Zukowski. The gallery is located at 31 Jersey Ave. Gallery hours are Thursday through Sunday from 12 noon to 5 p.m.
