MILFORD, PA — The recently renovated historic Milford Theatre will open the weekend of the Milford Music Festival on Friday, June 17 with “So in Love with Broadway” starring Milford’s Carolann Page. A Broadway and opera star, Page will present a cabaret evening of songs from Cole Porter to Stephen Sondheim. In addition, the newly renovated Broad Street Coffee will offer Obi Kaye, global percussionist, in the first of a series of performances it will sponsor throughout the weekend.

Saturday’s events start at 10 a.m. with a pipe organ concert at Good Shepard Episcopal Church, and continue all day and into the evening with performers at the ARTery, Ink Tyme Design, Harford Street Eatery and the Hotel Fauchere.

On Sunday, Music In the Park will start at 12 noon with three bands, sponsored in part by CellularOne of NEPA. Other venues on Sunday will include the Furniture Find, with some special presentations geared to the younger members of the family.
