HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County Creative Arts Council’s summer of free concerts in Central Park will debut with the Northeasters Barbershop Chorus on Monday, June 13. On Thursday, June 16, Flashback will perform music from the ‘50s and ‘60s. Concerts will continue at 7 p.m. every Monday and Thursday through July. There will also be a special Independence Day celebration on Sunday, July 3 instead of the on Monday, July 4.
Bring your blanket or chair. Performances begin at 7:30 p.m. Snacks, ice cream and beverages will be available for purchase. Free will donations will be accepted. In case of inclement weather, the concerts will move to the nearby Episcopal Parrish Hall.
