Easter Bunny visits Shohola

SHOHOLA, PA — In spite of chilly weather and an overcast sky, 35 children and their parents came to Rohman Park in Shohola on Saturday, April 16 to hunt for Easter eggs and meet the Easter Bunny. The event was sponsored by the township’s Park and Recreation Committee.

Celebrating Easter

BEACH LAKE, PA —”Celebrating Easter,” the Easter service at the Upper Delaware Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, will be presented by Laurie Stuart on Sunday, April 24 at 10:15 a.m. at the Berlin Township Community Center. Stuart will cast the themes of resurrection and rebirth into the current era when, as a global society, we are deeply involved with reconsidering our habits and our ways of being in the world. The multi-generational service will use the book “Mike Mulligan and his Steam Shovel” as a jumping off point.

Eldred Lions throw Easter party

ELDRED, NY — The newly chartered Eldred Lions club will host an Easter Bunny party at the Corner ice cream store on Saturday April, 23 at 11 a.m. This event is free and will include a visit from the Easter Bunny, decorating of an Easter tree and plenty of music and fun. All children who wear an Easter bonnet will receive a free cup of soft-serve ice cream courtesy of the Eldred Lions Club and the Corner store.

Easter Bunny visits Yulan

YULAN, NY — The Yulan Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary will host a visit from the Easter Bunny at the Fireman’s Field in on Saturday, April 23 at 2 p.m. There will be games and crafts for children of all ages and goodie bags to take home—compliments of the Easter Bunny. Refreshments will be provided, and firemen will be on hand to show children the fire trucks and their gear. In case of rain, the Easter Bunny will visit the Yulan Firehouse. Call 845/557-6090.
