NORTHEAST PA — The Wayne Choralaires will present their holiday concert, “One Holy Night,” on Sunday, November 26, at 2 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church, 11th and Church Streets, Honesdale; and on Sunday, December 3, at 2 p.m. at B.V.M. Queen of Peace Church, Church and Chestnut Streets, Hawley. The program is a joyful mix of sacred and secular songs.

The program wil linclude “Da pacem Domine, “We Need a Little Christmas,” “Winter Wonderland” by Honesdale’s own Dick Smith, The First Noel” and many more. This season’s concerts will mark the end of Patricia Spoor’s formal association with the Choralaires after over 40 years as an accompanist, singer and as the major director since 1998. “It has been a joyous time in my life,” she says.

Admission is free, but free-will offerings will be accepted to help defray the costs of music.
